Navratna Developers is located out in Chincholi, which is near Arali in the Tuljapur area. We are part of the Osmanabad district. It’s a more rural setting compared to the big cities, so things move at a slightly different pace here. We do our development work from this office. It’s a simple place, honestly. We spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to people about local projects. Being in Chincholi means we are right in the middle of the community we work in. People around here know us by name. We don't have a big glass building or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where we can sit down with maps and plans. The road to the office can be a bit dusty depending on the season, but that’s just how it is in this part of Maharashtra. We handle the local paperwork and try to make sure everything is in order for the projects we take on. Sometimes we are out in the field more than we are in the office. It's a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing at the time. Whether it’s talking to a neighbor or checking on a site, we just keep at it. We’ve been doing things this way for a while and it seems to fit the area. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to work later when it comes back. That is our routine.
