Navnirman Biotech

Navnirman Biotech is located in room 304 of the Mahalaxmi Apartment, right on Shivaji Road in Pimpri Colony. It’s not your typical lab or big factory. It’s an office in an apartment building, so it feels a bit like a home. We have a few desks pushed together and some shelves full of books and files. The view from the window is just the street below, which is usually full of traffic. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking on the phone. Because we’re in a residential building, we try to keep the noise down so we don't bother the neighbors too much. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who have been working together for a long time. We make our own tea in the little kitchen in the corner. Sometimes the elevator in the building doesn't work, so we have to walk up the three flights of stairs, which is good exercise I guess. We don't have any flashy signs or posters on the walls. It’s just a quiet place where we get our work done. We don't really follow a strict corporate schedule. If the work is finished, we might head home a bit early to beat the evening rush. We handle things as they come. It’s a very simple setup for something that sounds as complicated as Navnirman Biotech, but it works for us and we like being in Pimpri Colony. It's a comfortable spot to be.
