Navkar Architecture

We are located over in Shivaji Nagar, right on the 1st Main Road in B Sector. The address is 1215/2/1, which can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely, but we’ve been here long enough that most locals know the spot. Our space isn't huge, but it fits all the computers and drawing boards we need. Most days are spent looking at screens or talking to people about their house plans. We get a lot of people from the neighborhood coming in just to ask a quick question about a wall or a roof. It’s a busy street outside, so there’s always something going on. We do a lot of drafting and checking on local regulations, which isn't the most exciting part of the job, but it’s necessary. The office usually smells like coffee and old paper. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the area well. We’ve worked on various bits and pieces around this part of town. Sometimes it’s a whole new building, and other times it’s just fixing up a shop front. We try to keep things practical. There’s no point in a design if it can't actually be built easily. We spend a lot of time on site too, making sure things match what we put on paper. It’s a lot of walking and talking. Shivaji Nagar is a good place for this kind of work.
