Navin Process Systems

Being over here in Kothrud, specifically on Mit College Road, means we see a lot of students and traffic all day long. Navin Process Systems is tucked away in Vaidehi Residency, which is actually a pretty quiet spot compared to the main road noise. We spend our time figuring out process systems, which sounds a bit complicated, but for us, it’s just the usual routine. Most of the guys here have been working together for years. We aren’t really into the whole big corporate lifestyle. Our desks are usually covered in papers and maybe a few old mugs that need washing. It gets quite busy during the college semester times because of all the people around, but inside the office, it’s mostly just us focusing on the technical side of things. We handle different parts of process management and try to make sure everything we send out is actually useful. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone arguing about where to get lunch or complaining about the parking situation nearby. That’s just part of being in this area of Pune. We like the location though. It feels like a real place, not some sterile office park. Sometimes we stay late when a project is particularly tricky, but mostly we try to head home and avoid the heavy traffic. It’s just a regular workplace and we are just doing what we know how to do every day.
