Our office is tucked away in the B-36/999 building within the Vidyadhan Phatak Baug Colony in Navi Peth, Pune. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We have a small team here that handles all the daily tasks. It’s mostly about managing the different things we trade and making sure the inventory matches the books. We have a few desks pushed together and there’s usually a pot of tea going somewhere. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people; it’s just a few of us making sure everything runs smoothly. The office gets a bit cluttered with files and samples of the products we deal with. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby. People who need us usually just know where to find the colony. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to suppliers on the phone. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out. It’s a very normal, local office vibe. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about having the latest furniture or anything like that. It's just about getting the business done from our spot here in Pune. It's a simple way of working that suits us just fine. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving along.
