Nava Rubber Industries

Down in Chinwad Bhosari, specifically in Block-T, you’ll find Nava Rubber Industries. We’ve been working with rubber for a long time. It’s a tough job and the smell of the material is something you just get used to after a few days. The industrial area here is always loud with other shops doing their own things. We have our machines set up to handle the processing we do. It isn't a high-tech lab; it’s more of a workshop where things get made. We spend a lot of time checking the batches and making sure nothing is going wrong with the heat or the molds. It gets hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. Most of our work is for other local businesses that need parts or materials for their own stuff. We don't have a big marketing team. Usually, it's just us answering the phone and writing down orders in a notebook. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or scrap, but that's how it goes when you work with rubber all day. We try to keep a schedule, but sometimes things take longer than we think. We are just a small part of the Bhosari industrial belt. If you come by, you’ll see us in the back working away. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening without much fuss or complication.
