You can find us in Flat 107 at Omkar Apartment. It’s right there in Shukrawar Peth, near Sathe Chambers and Rameswar Chowk. It’s a very busy part of Pune, always a lot of noise and people moving around. Being on the first floor makes it easy to pop in and out. The office itself is just a regular flat we converted into a workspace. It’s full of files, a few desks, and the smell of coffee most mornings. We deal with contracting work, mostly handling the details for projects abroad, specifically KSA. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees; it’s a tight-knit group here. Some of us have been working together for years. We know the neighbors and the local chai wallah quite well. Sometimes the parking around Rameswar Chowk is a total nightmare, so we usually walk or take the bus. It’s not always glamorous, looking at blueprints and contracts all day, but it’s what we do. We don't use big words to explain our business. We just make sure the work gets done and the records stay organized. It’s a practical setup for practical people. If you’re around the Peth area, you’ve probably walked right past our building without even noticing it. We just focus on the task and try to get home before the evening traffic gets too bad.
