National Chemical Laboratory Pune-08

Our place is located at 162 Narayan Peth, right on N.C. Kelkar Road. We are in the Pawar Wada building, which is quite close to the Babasaheb Bhide Bridge here in Pune. It is an old part of the city, and the office reflects that. We do not have a lot of modern glass and steel, just a solid space where we handle chemical laboratory work and administration. The area is always buzzing with traffic and people going to the local markets. Sometimes the noise from the bridge carries over, but we do not mind it much. Our team is a group of folks who have been around the lab for years. We spend our days looking at samples, writing up reports, and making sure the equipment is running right. It is not a glamorous job, but it is important to us. We do not really do the corporate thing with fancy slogans. We just focus on the chemistry and the paperwork that goes with it. The office is a bit crowded with books and old records, but we know where everything is. Most of us walk or take the bus to work since we are so central. It is a very local atmosphere, and we like being in the heart of Pune. We have been here long enough that we are just part of the neighborhood, doing our work and keeping things moving as they should.
