Nasa Realtors Llp is a small company operating out of Aundh. We have our office in Kalpataru Enclave, specifically in Flat A901. The building is at survey number 167/2A, right near Sitai Park. Aundh is a nice part of the city, and we’ve been here for a while. Our office is basically just a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It makes for a more relaxed environment than some of the big office towers. We deal with real estate all day long. Most of the time it’s just a few of us sitting around the table going over listings or talking to clients on the phone. We don't have a reception desk or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working. We like being near Sitai Park because it’s a good landmark for people who aren't familiar with the enclave. We handle everything from here, keeping all our files and documents organized as best as we can. It’s a simple way to run Nasa Realtors, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just focus on the properties we have to manage in the Aundh area. It’s a quiet place to get things done. We spend most of our mornings answering emails and the afternoons are usually for visiting sites nearby. It is a pretty steady routine.
