Narendra Sardeshpande

We work out of this office on Karve Nagar Road No 16 in Midc Andheri East. It’s a busy part of the city, especially during the rush hour when everyone is trying to get to their jobs. Being at number 43 means Narendra Sardeshpande is right in the middle of all that activity. We’ve been doing this for a long time now. People usually come by when they have specific things they need sorted out. It’s not a large corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s mostly just us keeping things moving. The office itself is pretty straightforward. There are files everywhere and the desks are usually covered in notes. Andheri East is a loud place, but you get used to the noise after a few years. Sometimes the traffic on Karve Nagar Road makes it hard for visitors to park, so we always tell people to come early if they can. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. It’s practical work. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a really big meeting, which doesn't happen every day. We just focus on what needs to be finished. It’s a local operation, and we like being part of the community here in Midc. We don’t have a big marketing department, just a sign on the door and a phone that stays busy throughout the whole day. We keep our heads down and do what we are supposed to do.
