Autoline Industries Pvt. Ltd. is situated out in Nanekarwadi, Chakan, pretty close to the Force Motor Company. Being near such a big landmark makes it easy to give people directions, but we are just a smaller operation doing our own thing. The area is very industrial, so there are always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery in the distance. We have been here for a while, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We start early, check the schedules, and get the production lines moving. We are not into the whole corporate polish or big marketing speeches. It is just a lot of hard work and making sure the parts are handled correctly. The floors are concrete and the air smells like metal and oil, which is just how an industry like this should be. We don't have any fancy mission boards on the walls. It is mostly just calendars and safety signs. Sometimes the weather in Chakan gets really dusty, so we are always sweeping up, but it never stays clean for long. We are just a group of people who know the business and show up to do it every day. It is not glamorous, but it is what we do, and we have been doing it long enough to know the ins and outs of the place. We just focus on the manufacturing and try to keep things organized.
