Our office is located in Pimple Gurav, Pune-27. We are over at Sainath Nagar, near the Saraswati Sangit Classes. It’s a lively neighborhood with people always walking around. Nilesh Parmar is the one running things here at Sr. No. 25. Being developers means we spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to contractors about costs. Pune is growing so fast that there is always something to do or a new site to visit. We aren't a big corporate chain. We're just a local business trying to get things built. Sometimes we hear the music from the classes next door while we're working on plans. It's a nice change from the sound of hammers or drills. Building houses takes a lot of patience. There are always delays with the weather or getting the right workers on site. We just handle it as it comes. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get the job done. Most of our clients come from around this part of town. They know us and they know where to find us if they have questions. We don't spend money on big billboards or ads. We'd rather just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It’s a lot of walking around sites and making sure the measurements are right. We enjoy being part of the Pimple Gurav community. It’s where we do our best work for the people here. It's a steady life.
