We are at Plot No. 6A/1/1B, and the easiest way to know you are close is when you see the Gram Panchayat Water Tank right across from us. It is a busy area with a lot of people and vehicles moving around all day. Our workshop is usually quite warm because of the blow molding machines we use to make our plastic products. They run for hours, and you can hear the hiss of the air and the clacking of the molds opening and closing. We keep the raw plastic pellets in big sacks near the entrance. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in there when we have a lot of finished stock waiting to be moved out. The team here is mostly local guys who live nearby. We don’t have much of a formal setup; we just work hard and make sure the items come out the right way. On some days, the traffic on Sinhagad Road is so bad that the delivery trucks get delayed, but we just keep working until they show up. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we go for breaks. It’s not a very quiet place to work, but we are used to the noise and the heat by now. The floor is concrete and has some scratches from moving the heavy molds over the years.
