We run things out of Flat No.5 in the Mahananda Society. It's tucked away in Rambag Colony over in Kothrud. It’s a residential area, so it stays relatively quiet most of the time compared to the main road. We aren't a massive firm with a glass building or a receptionist. It’s just a regular office space where we look over blueprints and talk to clients about their homes. Kothrud has seen a lot of development lately. We try to keep up with it as best as we can. Dealing with permits and city rules takes a lot of energy and patience. Most days, we are just trying to make sure our current projects are on track. It's a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. Sometimes we have to meet people at the society gate because they can't find the flat on their own. It’s a bit of a maze back here in Rambag. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local shops and the shortcut to the main road. The office is usually piled with papers, samples, and folders. It’s not very tidy, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't do much marketing. Word of mouth usually brings people to us. Being in a society like Mahananda keeps us grounded. We see our neighbors every day. It’s a decent place to work from. We just keep doing what we know how to do, building one project at a time. It keeps us busy.
