Nandan Builders

Our place is over in Dighi, right near Rode Hospital at Sai Park. S.G. Deshmane's spot on S.No. 84 is where we handle everything for Nandan Builders. It’s a busy part of Pune, especially with the hospital traffic nearby. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite some time. Building things is what we do every day. It's not always easy with the weather and getting materials delivered on time, but we manage somehow. You can usually find us around the office or out at one of the work sites nearby. The streets here in 411015 are narrow, so we have to be careful when the big trucks come through with materials. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or brochures. We just focus on the bricks and mortar and the foundations. Dighi is a growing area, so there is always some new project to look at or a new wall to put up. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have three different jobs going at once. That's just how it goes in the building trade. People around here know the name. We like being in this part of town. It feels like home to us. When we aren't working, we're probably just grabbing some tea at the corner shop. We don't have a huge team, just a few guys who know their way around a construction site. It's honest work. We try to keep things moving so we don't fall behind the schedule. We stay busy.
