We've been working out of Bunglow No-383 in Pune for a while now. It’s just us doing construction and building work around the 411027 area. People know where to find us. We don't have a big office building, just this spot. Mostly we handle local projects for folks nearby. It gets busy during the day with people coming in to talk about sites or materials. Pune has changed a lot since we first started. There are always new things happening on the roads and in the neighborhood. Sometimes we’re out on-site all day and the bungalow is quiet. We handle all the paperwork and the planning right here at the desk. It’s a simple setup. We know the neighbors and the local shops pretty well. Dealing with materials and labor takes up most of our time. Usually, it's just about getting the job done right so the structure stays solid for years. We don’t do much fancy advertising or social media stuff. Most people hear about us from a neighbor or someone else who had work done. It's practical, hands-on work. We see the city growing every year. There's plenty of dust and noise around, but that's just part of being in construction. If you walk past Bunglow 383, you'll probably see some of our equipment or a few of the guys sitting around talking about the next project. We keep things pretty straightforward and honest. It's easier that way for everyone. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever is currently on the schedule. It's a living.
