You can find Nand Composites Pvt. Ltd. at W-114 in the S-Block of MIDC Bhosari. It’s right in the middle of all the other industrial units. The area is always humming with noise from different factories. We’ve been here for a while, and the place has seen a lot of changes. Our building is pretty basic. It has a shop floor and a small area for the office work. We work with composites, which can be messy business sometimes. There’s usually dust on everything, no matter how much we clean. We aren't into corporate speak or fancy titles. Everyone here just does what’s needed. If a delivery truck arrives, someone goes out to help unload. We have our routines, like the morning tea break where we talk about the news or whatever is happening in Bhosari. We’ve got some old machinery that we know how to fix ourselves and some newer stuff that we’re still getting used to. It’s a practical environment. We don’t spend money on expensive furniture or decorations. We’d rather put that back into the materials we use. It’s a bit hot in the summer because the fans don't always do much, but we get through it. We are just a local company doing our thing in the MIDC. It’s not perfect, but it’s our workplace and we’re proud of the stuff we make. We hope to stay here for many more years to come.
