If you’ve ever spent time in Nana Peth, you know how lively and crowded it gets. Our place, Anand Enterprises, is right at 134 Nana Peth, very close to the Ram Mandir. The temple is a great landmark because everyone in this part of Pune knows it. Being in such a historic area means the streets are often packed with people and vehicles. Our shop is quite simple. We haven't spent much on fancy decorations or expensive signs. We mostly focus on getting the daily work done and keeping our inventory in order. The building is old, like many others around here, but it has a lot of character. We start our day early, often hearing the morning prayers from the temple nearby. It’s a good environment to work in, even if it’s noisy. We deal with all sorts of people who walk in off the street. Some are regulars we’ve known for years, and others are just passing through. We don’t have a big corporate structure or any polished brochures on the wall. We just show up, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors while we wait for deliveries. It’s a very traditional way of doing business in Maharashtra. We just want to make sure the customers get what they came for and that we can keep the lights on for another day.
