Nakoda Constructions, Pune

We have been around Pune for a good while now, mostly working out of our small office in Wadgaon. It is located in Kirtinagar, specifically in flat number three over at the D-3 building on Sinhgad Road. We handle all sorts of building projects in and around the local neighborhood. It gets pretty busy in this part of town, especially with all the new stuff going up lately in the Pune-43 area. Usually, one of us is sitting at the desk to answer the phone, but a lot of the time we are out at the different sites checking on how the progress is coming along. We started this whole thing because there was a lot of work to do nearby and we knew the area well. It is a modest setup we have here, nothing fancy or over the top. We just focus on getting the concrete poured and the walls put up the right way. People in the area know where to find us if they have questions about a house project or a small renovation they are thinking about. Sometimes the traffic on Sinhgad Road makes it a bit of a trek to get to our sites, but that is just how it is living and working here. We do not do big fancy presentations or anything like that. Most of what we do is just straightforward construction work for the people who need it. If you walk past the D-3 building, you will probably see us.
