Nakoda Auto Spares

Nakoda Auto Spares is located at S No 330, right across from Chacha Halwai in Nana Peth. If you know Nana Peth, you know it’s always crowded with people looking for vehicle parts. Our shop is right in the middle of all that. We have been here for a good while now. The space is pretty small, so we have parts piled up almost to the ceiling. It looks like a bit of a mess to most people, but we usually know exactly where everything is hidden. Being opposite the sweet shop helps people find us easily. The air around here always smells like exhaust and sometimes sweets from across the road. We don't have any air conditioning, just a couple of old fans that hum all day. We deal with all kinds of spares, mostly for older models that are hard to fix. Mechanics from all over the area come to us when they are stuck. We don't do any fancy marketing or give out brochures. We just talk to the customers and get them what they need. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy boxes and climbing ladders. The shop gets quite dusty because of the main road, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We close on Sundays to get some rest. It’s a tough business but we are used to the routine.
