Our office is situated at 35/1, Swapnabhumi, which is part of the Sai Krupa Society in Somnath Nagar. This area of Vadgaonsheri in Pune has grown a lot lately, and there is always some construction or noise happening nearby. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easier to move stuff in and out without using the stairs. Inside, the space is divided into a few sections where we keep our documents and some of the smaller trade samples. It isn’t a high-rise corporate office, just a regular place in a residential society where we handle import and export tasks. The 411014 pin code area is quite convenient for us because most of the local transport passes right through here. We usually have the door open to let some air in, even if it brings in a bit of dust from the road. There is a small pantry in the back where we make coffee and keep our lunch boxes. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to say hello, which gives the place a friendly feel. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to packing small parcels. It is a busy life, but we like being in this part of Pune. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking to customs agents on the phone throughout the week to keep the business moving.
