We are based out in Loni Kalbhor, specifically in the Bhose Chal area of Haveli. It is a bit of a distance from the middle of Pune, but this is where we have our roots. The office is very basic and focused on the work at hand. We have a few desks, some chairs, and plenty of space for all the maps and site plans we use every day. We do not spend money on making the place look like a showroom. We would rather spend that on the projects themselves. Most of our time is spent dealing with the practical side of building. We talk to the suppliers, check on the labor, and make sure the projects are moving along. Loni Kalbhor is a place that is changing quickly, and we have been here to see it happen. People in the area know us, and they often stop by just to see how the work is going. We do not use any big corporate slogans or try to impress anyone with marketing talk. We are just regular people who know a lot about construction and development. Sometimes the office is a bit messy, and the tea is usually cold by the time we get to drink it, but that is just how it is when you are busy. We take pride in doing the work properly and keeping things straightforward for everyone we deal with in Pune.
