We are located at Flat No 10 in Goodwill Terrace, over in the Vidya Nagar area of Pune. Since the office is in a residential building, it has a very different feel than a big commercial block. It is more relaxed, and we often have tea with people who stop by to talk about our projects. We have been using this space for quite a while now. The rooms are filled with folders and rolls of drawings for the various buildings we are working on. We do not have a marketing department, so we just talk to folks like we would talk to our neighbors. Vidya Nagar is a nice place to be, and it is close enough to the city that we can get everywhere we need to go fairly quickly. Our team is a mix of people who have been in the building trade for a long time. We do not try to sound like a giant corporation because we are not one. We are just a local developer trying to do solid work. Sometimes the office is a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in for meetings, but we always find a place for everyone to sit. We focus on the practical details of construction and try to keep everything moving as smoothly as possible. It is a busy life, but we like seeing the buildings take shape and knowing we had a hand in it.
