Our office is out in Moshi, which is part of the Haveli district in Pune. It is a bit further out from the city center, which we actually like because it gives us a bit more breathing room. The office is a straightforward place where we handle all the planning for our development work. We do not have any expensive furniture or high-tech gadgets all over the place. It is just a workshop for our ideas and plans. Most of our time is spent on the road, visiting the different sites we are developing around the district. Moshi is an area that is developing fast, and we are glad to be a part of that growth. When people come to talk to us, they usually find us in casual clothes, ready to head out to a construction site. We don't see the point in being overly formal. We just want to build good houses that people can actually live in. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from all the blueprints and site reports, but that is just part of the job. We have a small team that has been together for years, so we all know what needs to be done without much talk. It is an honest living, and we take it one day at a time. We do not make any big claims, we just show up and do the work that needs doing in Haveli.
