Our office is located at N/28 in Ramyanagari, which is over in the Bibvewadi area of Pune. It is a quiet enough spot, tucked away from the main noise of the traffic. We have been based here for quite a while, and it feels more like a home than a typical business space. The walls are lined with old maps and project drawings that have been there for years. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations because we are usually too busy with the actual work. Most mornings start with a chat about the schedule and who needs to be at which site. We do not use a lot of complicated words when we talk to our clients. We just tell them what is happening with their buildings in plain English. The desks are always a bit messy with pens, calculators, and files, but we know where everything is. Bibvewadi is a good neighborhood, and we have gotten to know many of the people who live nearby. It is a straightforward operation we run here. If you walk in, you will likely see one of us on the phone or looking over a blueprint. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on doing the work and letting the results speak for themselves. It is a busy life, but it keeps us moving, and we like being part of the local community in this part of Pune.
