Our place is located in Mangalwar Peth, right on Barne Road. We are in the Om Shanti Shree building, unit number 15. This is one of the older parts of Pune, and it has a lot of character. The streets are narrow and always full of energy. Finding parking can be a real nightmare, so we usually just walk or take a rickshaw. The office itself is quite old-fashioned. We have high ceilings and some old wooden furniture that’s been around as long as the business has. We don’t use a lot of fancy software for everything; we still like our paper ledgers and hand-drawn notes. It feels more solid that way. When the windows are open, you can hear all the sounds from the street, which can be distracting, but you get used to it. We’ve had the same neighbors for years, and we often chat with them during our breaks. The work we do is straightforward, mostly helping people with their projects and keeping the records straight. We don’t go for any of that modern corporate talk. We just tell it like it is and hope for the best. It’s a bit dusty and cramped sometimes, but it’s our home base and it works for us. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized among all the stacks of paper on our desks.
