Nagpal Group

Our office is up on the first floor along Bahupati Road. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s quieter up here than down on the main road. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while now. The layout is a bit old-fashioned, with separate desks and a small area for files that seems to grow every month. We handle a variety of things under the Nagpal Group name. It’s mostly administrative stuff and managing different parts of the business. The light in the office is okay during the day, but we usually have the big overheads on. Everyone here has their own way of doing things, which works out fine most days. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the ledgers. It's not a high-tech setup with screens everywhere, just basic computers and a lot of paper folders. You can hear the traffic from Bahupati Road outside if the windows are open, which they usually are for the breeze. It's a practical place for us. We don't really have visitors often, so we don't worry too much about the decor being modern. It’s just where we come to work. Dealing with the daily tasks keeps us on our toes, and there is always something that needs fixing or a bill that needs paying. We just keep things ticking along. It is not always perfect, but we make sure the work gets finished before we leave.
