Our office is located in Pune, specifically at 313 Netajinagar in Pimple Gurav, near Katepuram Chowk. We work out of this space to manage various Nagarjuna Construction projects around the city. Pune is growing so fast, and it keeps us busy every single day. The office itself is pretty basic—we have our computers for the technical work and a big table where we spread out the blueprints. It’s not a place for showing off. It’s where we do the planning and the paperwork that keeps the sites running. You’ll usually find the staff talking about material costs or labor schedules over a cup of tea. We have a mix of experienced veterans and some younger folks who are learning the ropes. Pimple Gurav is a good area to be based in, even if the traffic at the chowk can be a bit much during rush hour. We don’t use any marketing tricks or big slogans here. We just focus on the task at hand. Construction involves a lot of moving parts, and things can get messy or complicated quite easily. We just deal with whatever comes up and try to keep things on track. We've seen a lot of buildings go up in this city and we’re glad to be a part of that process.
