Areion Industries

Out here at Gait No. 365 in the Urawade Industrial Estate, things are a bit quieter than in the city. Mulshi is a nice area, even if the commute can be a bit long for some of the guys. We’ve set up our shop here and it’s where we handle all our industrial work. The building is simple, just enough space for our machines and a small area to sit down and have lunch. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just the guys delivering raw materials or picking up finished parts from Areion Industries. The floor is concrete and can get pretty cold in the winter mornings. We usually start the day by warming up the equipment and having a quick chat about what needs to be done. There’s a lot of heavy lifting involved in what we do, so we have to watch out for each other. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a local business trying to do things the right way. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch if a machine acts up during the day. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve got a decent view of the hills if you stand by the back door, which is a nice break from looking at metal all day. We just keep moving forward, one job at a time, and try to keep our gear in good shape.
