N. V. Kharote Constructions Pvt. Ltd.

Our office for N. V. Kharote Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is over at Saikripa Apartments, specifically Flat No. 12 on S. No. 3/2. We are located in the Parvati area of Pune, which is a bit of a different vibe compared to the newer parts of the city. Being near the Civil Defence Training Centre gives people a good reference point if they are trying to find us. The apartment building is a bit older, and our office is just a regular flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s quiet enough most days, though you can hear the local traffic and the birds outside. We’ve got desks squeezed in where they fit, and the walls are mostly covered with old calendars and maps of the city. We do all our planning and administrative stuff right here. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls; it’s just where we sit down to figure out the numbers and talk about the next steps for our projects. Pune-09 is a familiar neighborhood for us, and we like that we can get around easily from here. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is fine. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep the construction projects moving along as they should. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to do it right without making things too complicated.
