N. V. Kharote Constructions Pvt. Ltd.

We have been working at N. V. Kharote Constructions Pvt. Ltd. for quite some time now from our office at 11, Shubhashri Villa. If you are ever in the Warje part of Pune, you might have seen our sign. We are tucked away right near Ishan Nagari. The office isn't anything too fancy, just a practical place where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to different building sites. Pune is growing so fast, and it feels like there is always something new going on around us. Our day usually starts pretty early with a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. It gets a bit chaotic sometimes, especially when multiple projects are happening at once. The traffic near Warje can be a real headache in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. We try to keep things simple here. There are piles of drawings on the tables and usually a half-finished cup of tea sitting somewhere. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because we are mostly focused on the work itself. Being a local business in this city means we know all the shortcuts and the people in the neighborhood. We just show up every morning, do what needs to be done, and try to keep our heads down. It’s a lot of hard work, but we like being part of the local scene in Pune.
