N-GEN AUTOMATION

We set up N-Gen Automation over in the Ingwale Patil Complex in Bhugoan. We actually have a couple of spots here, Plot E-1/2 and then the shops 4 and 5 at Sr No 271/1. Having both spaces helps because we can keep the messy stuff in one part and the office work in the other. It’s a decent area out here in Tal-Mulshi, a bit away from the main city rush but still busy enough. Most of our time is spent working on different bits of machinery or fixing things that come in. The shop floors get pretty dusty, but that’s expected with this kind of work. We usually have a few projects going at once, so there’s always tools lying around and parts waiting to be put together. I grew up around here, so staying in Bhugoan made sense for the business. It’s not a corporate office with fancy chairs; it’s more of a place where we get our hands dirty every day. The morning starts with a quick check of what needs to be done, then it’s straight to the workbench. We deal with a lot of local folks and businesses nearby. Sometimes the days get long, especially when a job takes longer than we thought it would. But we just keep at it until it’s finished. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we like being part of the local scene here.
