N D Tools

Our place is over at 32782 Bhosari, right on the 6th A Main Road in the Hmt Layout. It’s a bit of a long address to write down on envelopes. We deal mostly with tools and small hardware bits. The shelves are packed high, and sometimes I forget exactly where I put something. It’s a bit dusty in the corners because we don’t have time to clean every single day. Most of our customers are from the nearby workshops. They come in looking for something specific, and we spend time digging through boxes to find it. The 6th Cross is usually full of trucks loading and unloading. It gets pretty loud. We’ve got a small desk near the front where the accounts are kept in a thick ledger book. No computers for us yet; the old way works. Sometimes we have tea delivered from the stall across the road. It’s a good community here. We all know each other. We don’t make big promises about being the best. We just try to have what people need in stock. If we don’t have it, we tell them where else they might find it. It’s practical. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but everyone knows N D Tools is here. We just keep the door open and wait for the next person to walk in.
