If you're looking for Myhand- Support Foundation, we’re at 1527 Shukrawar Peth. We are right near the police chowki, so it’s pretty easy to find us if you’re in that part of Pune City. It’s a busy neighborhood, always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The building is old and has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit narrow and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We don't have any corporate polish here. It’s just a plain office with some desks and a lot of heart. We started this foundation because we wanted to be a support system for people. It’s mostly just a few of us handling everything from answering the phone to filing the taxes. We don't have a big budget for advertising, and we don't really want one. Word of mouth usually works fine for us. Shukrawar Peth is a lively place to work. You hear the traffic and the vendors all day long. It keeps us connected to the reality of the city. We don't have any fancy titles. We all just pitch in where we're needed. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait around, but we usually find something else to do. We’re just regular people trying to lend a hand. It’s not fancy, but it’s what we do.
