Our place is located in Mundhwa, specifically at S. No. 72-76. It’s tucked away right behind Siporex India Limited. If you know where that is, we’re just behind it. Working in a forge means it’s always loud and there’s a lot of heat coming off the metal. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit and tie. We’ve got hammers and presses going most of the day, so you can hear us before you see us. The dust around Mundhwa is something else, especially with all the construction and other factories nearby. We’ve been operating in this spot for a long time. There isn't much to say about the office because we aren't in it much. Most of our time is spent on the floor making sure the forgings are coming out right and the dimensions are what they’re supposed to be. It’s heavy work, and at the end of the shift, everyone is pretty tired. We don’t do much in terms of social media or fancy stuff. We just focus on the metal. Sometimes the trucks for Siporex block the main access road, so you have to be patient getting in here. We have a solid crew of guys who have been doing this for years. They know the sounds of the machines better than anyone. It’s just a regular factory doing regular industrial work day in and day out. That is how we like it.
