Mumbai Metroplitan Region Development Authority

We are the Mumbai Metroplitan Region Development Authority, and our office here is actually located in Pune, at the Madhuvan Complex in Vishrantwadi. It is unit C-603 in the Madhuvan building. It might seem a bit odd to have a Mumbai-named office out here, but this is where we are stationed for now. The area is quite settled, and the complex is a well-known spot around these parts of Pune. Our room is up on the sixth floor, so we get a decent view of the surroundings from the windows. It’s a standard office setup, nothing over the top or fancy. We deal with our paperwork and meetings right here. The building has been around for a while, and it has that lived-in feel you get with these older commercial complexes. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a headache, especially on Monday mornings when everyone arrives at once. We usually just get on with things quietly. There isn't a big sign outside or anything, so you have to look for the block and the unit number. It’s a practical location for the staff living nearby. We have our desks, our files, and the usual office stuff. It’s just a normal place where people come to do their jobs. The vibe is pretty relaxed most days, though it picks up when there is a deadline. We’re tucked away in block C, 411015 area.
