We are over in Pashan, Pune, located in Arde Colony. The office is in the B Type Building, number 158/6/8. It’s a nice, quiet part of town with a lot of trees. We do development work, which mostly means small housing projects and some renovation jobs. Our office is on the ground floor and it’s usually a bit of a mess. We have tile samples, brick pieces, and stacks of blueprints shoved into every corner. It’s not a corporate showroom, just a place where we get the work done. We’ve been in Pashan for a long time now. The people working here are mostly local guys who have been with us from the beginning. We don't have a formal reception area. If you come by, you’ll likely find us sitting around the main table looking at plans or talking to a contractor on the phone. We have a lot of old metal cabinets filled with permits and drawings. Sometimes the drawers are hard to open. We get our tea from a small shop across the street and drink it while we work. The main road can be quite loud with traffic, but our little corner of the colony stays fairly peaceful. We aren't interested in being a giant company. We just like building things properly. Most of our work comes from people who know us and tell others about what we do.
