Our office for Muktai Organic Fertilizer Pvt. Ltd. is actually in a flat, Yamuna Vihar-B, Flat No.7. We are located in Kasaba, Baramati, which is quite close to the railway station. You can often hear the trains coming and going if you listen closely. Being in a residential building like Yamuna Vihar makes the work environment feel very personal and quiet. It is not like those huge office blocks you see in the newspapers. We have our desks set up in the rooms and we use the kitchen area for our tea breaks. Parchur is a familiar area for all of us who work here. We like being so close to the station because it makes it easy for people to reach us, though we don't get a huge amount of foot traffic. Most of our work is done over the phone or through paperwork. The flat is comfortable enough, even if it gets a bit warm in the summer months. We know the other families living in the building, so we try to keep the noise down. It is a very straightforward way to run Muktai Organic Fertilizer. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big glass building. We just want to get our work done in a place that feels a bit like home while we are there. It is a small team and we keep things simple.
