Mugdha Developers

Mugdha Developers is located right by Shree Sant Shivagangadevi Vidhyalay in Karve Nagar, at Shivajinagar 21. It’s a bit of a crowded area especially when the school gets out, but we like the energy. Our office is where all the planning happens. It’s mostly covered in blueprints and coffee stains. We deal with land development and building projects around this part of the city. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with the local council, which can take forever. We aren't a big corporate developer with a glass building. We are just a few people who know how to get a project off the ground. My partner and I spend most of our time driving between different sites to make sure the workers have what they need. Sometimes we run out of sand or the crane doesn't show up, and we have to scramble. It’s a stressful job but we’ve been doing it long enough to not let it get to us. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We take a piece of land and we put a building on it. It sounds easy but it’s a lot of hard work and late nights. The people who buy from us are usually local families. We just try to be honest about the timelines and get the keys handed over eventually. It takes a lot of patience to finish these jobs.
