This place is over in Aundh, right on Ganeshkhind Road. It’s a pretty busy area in Pune, especially near the Armament Colony. We spend most of our time looking at numbers and figuring out costs for building projects. That’s why the estimation part is in the name. It isn't always the most exciting work, but it’s what we do. The office at 64/6 is where we keep all the plans and notes. We have a few desks and a lot of paper. Sometimes we are out looking at sites, but mostly we are here at the computer or on the phone. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone to bring you coffee. Usually, you’ll just find one of us buried in a spreadsheet. Pune has changed a lot since we started, but this road is still the same old hectic stretch. We like being here because it’s easy for people to find us. We don't have a lot of fancy talk for customers. We just tell you what the numbers say and go from there. If the math works, it works. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and it suits us just fine. It’s not a shiny corporate tower, just a practical spot to get the engineering work done without too much fuss. We just take each project as it comes and try to be as accurate as we can.
