Our office for M/S.Nippon Express (India) Pvt Ltd is located in the Shivaji Khandu Landge Building. We are right at Shivaji Chowk, tucked behind the Shankr temple area on the Bombay Pune Road in Kasarwadi. It is a very busy spot because of the main road. You can always hear the traffic from the highway, which reminds us of the work we do every day. We handle a lot of logistics and shipping stuff from this Pune office. It is a solid building and we have been here for some time now. The daily routine is mostly about checking schedules and making sure the cargo is moving like it should. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. It is not a place for sitting around; there is always a list of things that need to be checked. We deal with a lot of different people, from truck drivers to warehouse workers. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that is just how it goes in this industry. We do not really do the whole corporate image thing. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. If you come by, you will see us at our desks or talking on the phone. We are just regular people trying to keep the supply chain going through Pune. It is a noisy place but we like the energy of it.
