For the M/S.Jcb Manufacturing Ltd setup in Pune, we are based out of Nigdi. Specifically, we use a space in the Marathe M.R. Building, which is located in Sector 21 of Yamunanagar. It’s part of the Scheme No 9 area. Pune is a massive hub for manufacturing, and being in Nigdi puts us right where a lot of the action is. The building itself, No 9/8, is easy enough to find if you know the sector. It’s a functional space. We don't have a grand entrance or a wall full of awards. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and people talking about parts and production schedules. The traffic in Nigdi can be a nightmare during the shift changes at the big plants nearby, so we usually try to get in early. We have a small group of people working here who handle the local manufacturing interests. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone’s name. We drink a lot of chai from the stall down the street while we discuss the daily numbers. It’s a very grounded way to work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just handle our piece of the manufacturing puzzle from this corner of Yamunanagar. It gets dusty and noisy, but that’s the reality of working in an industrial sector like this one. We keep our heads down and focus on the technical side of things without any unnecessary corporate fluff.
