If you know anything about Manama, you know how much we need air conditioning. Our office is at P.B. No 1580, and we have been part of the Yateem Airconditioning group for a long time. We work with Carrier units mostly. Bahrain gets incredibly hot, especially in the middle of summer, so our shop and office are always on the go. There are always vans heading out to fix a unit or install a new one somewhere in the city. The office is a bit of a hub for all that activity. We have piles of spare parts and manuals all over the place. It isn't the tidiest office, but we know where everything is. The staff here has seen it all when it comes to broken compressors or leaky ducts. We don't spend money on big TV ads or fancy billboards. People in Bahrain just know the Yateem name because we’ve been around forever. We deal with homeowners and big businesses alike. Most of our morning is spent scheduling the technicians and making sure they have the right tools before they head out into the heat. We drink a lot of water and just keep the calls moving. It’s a practical business. If someone’s AC is out, they don’t want a sales pitch; they just want it fixed. That is basically what we do here every day from our base in Manama. It's just us keeping the cool air flowing.
