Our setup is located in Sadoli Khalsa, which is in the Karveer taluka of the Kolhapur district. If you are looking for V.B. Patil or Ayodhya Developers, this is where we do all our work from. It’s a very local operation, rooted in the village and the surrounding rural areas of Kop. We don’t have a big office in the city because we prefer being closer to the land we are developing and the people we are building for. The office is just a small building where we keep our files and meet with people to discuss plots or construction plans. Things move a bit slower out here than they do in the big cities, and we like it that way. It gives us time to talk to folks properly and understand what they need. Most of our days are spent out in the sun, checking on site progress or talking to the laborers. When we are in the office, it’s mostly to handle the local panchayat paperwork and the accounts. The atmosphere is very informal; you can walk in and find us having tea and talking about the next project. We don’t use any big words or fancy presentations. We just show the maps and talk about what can be done with the space. Being in Sadoli Khalsa means we are part of the daily life of the taluka, and everyone around here knows who we are and what we do for a living.
