Our branch is at A/13 in the Snehal Apartments, which is in Vadgaon Khurd. If you are familiar with Pune, you know Sinhagad Road can get incredibly busy with traffic. We are tucked away in this apartment complex, which gives us a little bit of a break from the noise of the main road. We deal with tubes and engineering supplies, and this office is our local base for the Pune area. It’s a functional space, nothing too special to look at. We have our computers and our tea kettle, and that’s about it. Most of the day is spent checking on orders and talking to the people who use our products. We aren't some big corporate headquarters with a glass front; we are just a small team working out of a residential-style building. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and say hello while we are unloading some paperwork. It feels very local and grounded. We like being in Vadgaon Khurd because it’s a real neighborhood where people live and work side by side. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or polished presentations. We just focus on the tubes and making sure the logistics for the local region are handled properly. It’s a steady job and we’ve become a regular fixture in the Snehal Apartments over the years. We just take things one day at a time and keep our heads down.
