M/S Sonigara Construction Company,Pune

We’re located in Chinchwadgaon, specifically over at the Sonigara Township in Keshavnagar. Our office is in Building G-1, Flat 201. It’s a bit different because we operate right out of the township we helped develop. Vikas K. Kolhe is usually around managing the daily things. Since we are right in the building, we see the residents and the daily life of the place all the time. It keeps us connected to what we’ve built. The office is a regular flat, so it feels very much like a home. We have our files, a couple of computers, and a table where we discuss new plans. Pune is growing so fast, and Chinchwadgaon is no exception. There’s always construction noise somewhere nearby. We spend our days talking to contractors and checking on materials. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment. We prefer to talk things through over a cup of tea. If there’s a problem on a site, we just head over and look at it ourselves. We’ve been part of this community for years, so everyone knows who we are. We don't feel the need for big advertisements. Our work is right there for people to see. We just keep it simple, focus on the buildings, and make sure everything is holding up okay. It's a steady life for us here in Pune, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep building.
