Our place is in the Dhanrajpark Apartment, specifically at Flat No 9. If you know the Kallavadipatta area in Pune, you probably know how the traffic can get. We set up here because it was a convenient spot for our team. It’s a flat, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. There is a small kitchen where we make tea, and the living room is where most of the meetings happen. We deal with various property things from this address. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. We like the neighborhood because it’s got good energy and plenty of places to grab a quick snack during lunch. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside, but we don't mind much. We’ve been at this flat for a bit now. It works for what we need. You won’t see any big neon signs pointing our way. We just have our name on the door like everyone else in the building. It keeps things grounded. We spend our days on the phone or looking at plans. It’s a busy life, but we enjoy the pace of Pune. We are just regular people working hard to finish our jobs. That is the long and short of it for us at Dhanrajpark.
