M/S Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd.

We are based out of House Number 338 on the Tambudki Arpora Baga Road in Bardez, Goa. Being in Goa, people think it’s all holidays, but for us, it’s where we do our daily work. This road gets quite busy with people heading toward the beach, but our office is a place where we actually stay focused. It’s a regular house converted into a workspace. We’ve got our files and computers set up in the rooms. It’s not a corporate building with elevators. It’s more of a local setup. We spend our days coordinating different tasks and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes the rain here is so loud we can hardly hear each other, but we keep going. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know how to get things done. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just show up in the morning, have some coffee, and start on the list of jobs. It’s a practical way to work. There’s no big mission statement on the wall. We just try to be reliable and do what is expected of us. The location is good because it’s easy for people to find once they are on the Baga road. We’ve been here for a bit and we like the local feel of the neighborhood. We don't need much, just our workspace and the chance to do a good job each day.
