M/S Schindler India Pvt Ltd

Our office is tucked away in Kumar Paradise, over in Building A1. We are in Flat A201. It’s a bit of a different setup being in a residential complex, but it works for what we need here in Mundhwa. Being off the Hadapsar Mundhwa Bypass means we get a lot of traffic nearby, but inside it’s mostly just us working away. We handle things for Schindler India from this Pune branch. It’s not a massive factory floor here; it’s more of an administrative spot where we keep track of things. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a kettle that gets used a lot. Sometimes the neighbors in the building say hello in the hallway. It feels more like a community than a cold office building. We don't have a giant neon sign or anything. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to keep things organized. Pune is a growing city, and being in Mundhwa keeps us close to a lot of the newer developments. We don't really have a scripted way of doing things. We just handle the emails and the phone calls as they come in. It’s just a normal day for us, trying to stay on top of the work without any big drama. We like the quiet pace of this specific building and the way the sun hits the balcony in the afternoon. It is a decent place to work.
