Our office is based in the Amarlata Society, which is at K/8 in Hadapsar, Pune. We are situated right behind the Neelkamal Hall. It is a very busy area, especially with the Pune-Solapur Road being so close. You can always hear the sound of the traffic and the buses passing through Gadital. We have been operating from this location for quite a long time now. The office isn't very big, and it is usually filled with stacks of old folders and various project documents. We don't have any of that modern office style with glass partitions or standing desks. It is just a traditional workspace with old-fashioned tables and chairs. We handle various types of contracting and engineering work. Our day usually involves a lot of meetings with clients or talking to supervisors on different sites. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We don't have a big corporate structure. It is just a small group of us who know how to get the work done. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of all the construction and traffic nearby, but we don't mind it much. We know the local shopkeepers and the tea seller down the street. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It is just a plain and simple way of doing business.
